摘 要：概述了GSP干煤粉气化技术的发展、工艺和特点，介绍了引进该气化技术建成的GSP干煤粉气化装置在试车过程中出现的粉煤密相输送不稳定、点火烧嘴检测不到火焰、水冷壁超温和黑水系统工艺波动大等主要问题。采取相应的整改措施后，单台炉最长运行时间可达到63 h。
