摘 要：阐述了刮板式捞渣机在Shell煤气化装置运行中存在的铸石衬板脱落，驱动链卡链、跳链、断链，2套圆环链因受力不均而出现刮板与壳体刮、卡、碰现象，箱体变形等问题，并对出现的问题进行详细分析探讨。提出了相应的整改措施，即改进衬板结构、改单侧驱动为双侧驱动、加固箱体等，提高了捞渣机运行稳定性，延长了运行周期。
