Shell煤气化炉反应段耐火衬里损伤脱落原因分析及处理措施

摘 要：在检修Shell煤气化炉时，发现耐火衬里有大面积脱落现象。针对这一问题，从耐火衬里的成分及性能、运行过程中的操作情况等多方面进行分析，找出可能造成反应段耐火衬里损伤脱落的主要原因，并提出了较为完善的修补措施。经过修补后，Shell煤气化炉运行情况良好，停车检修未发现明显损伤。
