摘 要：针对空分装置紧急停车后，Shell粉煤气化装置应采取的紧急系统保护措施进行总结。空分装置紧急停车后，气化装置因氧气中断必须进行紧急停车处理，同时由于高压氮气或二氧化碳、低压氮气供应中断，要及时做好飞灰陶瓷过滤器、气化炉、粉煤输送单元等的保护，以防止系统窜气及粉煤闷燃等事故的发生。
