摘 要：神华包头煤气化装置采用美国GE水煤浆气化工艺，7台气化炉，5开2备，是目前国内规模最大的煤气化装置。GE水煤浆气化炉为周期性运行反应炉，故其周期性检修对装置的长周期稳定运行至关重要。简述了GE水煤浆气化装置工艺流程；探讨和总结了装置各单元的检修要点。
