多喷嘴对置式水煤浆加压气化装置水系统处理及运行建议

摘 要:概述多喷嘴对置式水煤浆加压气化工艺以及水质特点,阐述煤气化系统水处理机理。根据近7年的实际运行情况,分析了煤气化装置水系统结垢、絮凝的影响因素,提出煤气化装置长周期稳定运行的建议。

Advice on Treatment and Operation of Water System for Multi-Nozzle Opposed Coal-Water Slurry Pressurized Gasifier

Abstract:A summary is given of the multi-nozzle opposed coal-water slurry pressurized gasification process and water quality features,and the water treatment mechanism is put forth of the coal gasification system.Based on the actual operation for nearly 7 years,the influencing factors are analyzed of the scaling of the water system of the coal gasifier and flocculation,and proposals are put forward for long-term stable operation of the coal gasifier.
