摘 要:介绍了多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化炉工艺流程及气化炉炉温控制的重要性。分析了气化炉炉温控制的影响因素,介绍了多喷嘴对置式新型气化炉装置操作温度的控制方法,并阐述了更换煤种和炉壁超温工况下的炉温调整方法。

Control of Operation Temperature of Multi-Nozzle Opposed Coal-Water Slurry Gasifier

Abstract:A brief account is given of the process flow of the multi-nozzle opposed coal-water slurry gasifier and the importance of temperature control of the gasifier.Influencing factors are analyzed of the temperature control of the gasifier,the control method is described of the operating temperature of,the new-type gasifier,and also the readjustment method of gasifier temperature under over temperature conditions of the gasifier walls and change of type of coal.
