摘 要：多喷嘴对置式粉煤水冷壁气化技术由水煤浆气化及煤化工国家工程研究中心、华东理工大学和中国天辰工程有限公司共同研发而成。该装置生产能力大，煤种适应性强，可使用高灰熔点的煤种；与耐火砖气化炉相比，每年可减少40d的耐火砖更换时间；炉壳承受高压，水冷壁承受高温，以渣抗渣，实现水冷壁气化炉的长周期运行。
