多喷嘴对置式水煤浆加压气化炉装置闪蒸系统常见问题原因及处理

摘 要：简要介绍了多喷嘴对置式水煤浆加压气化炉装置闪蒸系统，对生产中出现的蒸发热水塔带水、蒸发热水塔管端盲板冲刷磨漏、真空闪蒸罐减压阀后三通磨漏、黑水闪蒸管道出现结垢等常见问题进行了分析。通过控制水质、采用防磨材料和优化工艺操作等措施，保证了闪蒸系统长周期稳定运行。
