大型煤制烯烃项目之壳牌煤气化装置氧煤比控制措施研究

摘 要:壳牌煤气化装置采用控制氧煤比的方式来控制气化炉炉膛温度和合成气组分,并以此实现气化炉的液态排渣。介绍了壳牌气化炉内的反应原理和氧煤比的5种控制方式;简述了氧煤比控制的原理与方法,分析了氧煤比控制过程中存在的不足之处。结果表明,壳牌煤气化工艺的氧煤比控制系统技术先进,理念超前,可以满足装置连续稳定生产的需要。
