摘 要：介绍了多喷嘴水煤浆加压气化工艺黑水系统工艺流程。对多喷嘴水煤浆加压气化工艺黑水系统运行过程中存在的问题进行分析，并在此基础上提出了相应的解决措施，即选用合适的絮凝剂、提高药剂配制质量、调整药剂用量、控制灰水浊度、防止结垢等。
