摘 要：从灰渣状况、气体成分和产气量、下吹气体带出物以及耐热、耐磨性能和使用寿命等方面分别概述了JH-φ3000mm炉箅的使用情况。2年多的实际运行情况表明，采用JH-φ3000mm炉箅后，造气炉炉况稳定、单炉产气量高、排破渣能力强、布风均匀、原料适应性强、灰渣粒度均匀、残碳含量低，效果令人满意。
