摘 要：针对壳牌干煤粉气化炉运行过程中出现的堵渣、积灰、隔焰罩泄漏、激冷气量不足、合成气冷却器（SGC）积灰等问题，尝试从煤质的角度分析气化炉运行过程中出现的各种问题与煤组分的因果关系。
