摘 要：简述了日处理煤30t的单喷嘴水冷壁粉煤气化中试装置试烧北宿煤、鲍店煤、田坝煤和南屯煤的过程。通过试烧，确定了各煤种的气化炉操作温度、氧煤比及挂渣情况，对试烧过程中出现的主要技术问题和解决方法进行了分析总结，并对中试装置在硬件上的不足进行了改造。

Conclusion on the Study of Different Varieties of Coals in Pulverized Coal Gasifier with Water Cooling Wall

Abstract：The pilot experimental process of trial burning Beisu coal，Baodian coal，Tianba coal and Nantun Coal in a 30 t／d single-nozzle pulverized coal gasifier with water cooling wall is briefed. The operating temperature，coal-oxygen ratio and adhering slag of different varieties of coals have been observed.By working out solutions to the major technological problems occurred，improvements have been made on the pilot plant accordingly.

水煤浆气化及煤化工国家工程研究中心承担了“十一五”国家高技术研究发展计划（863计划）项目的“高灰熔点煤加压气流床气化”课题，建成日处理煤30t的单喷嘴水冷壁粉煤气化中试装置，先后进行了兖矿集团北宿煤、鲍店二号动力煤、混配煤、贵州田坝煤和兖矿集团南屯煤的试烧，取得不同煤种的优化运行参数，摸索出气化炉对不同煤种的适应性，形成了具有自主知识产权的水冷壁粉煤气化技术。
