摘 要：工艺烧嘴是水煤浆气化装置的核心设备，是影响水煤浆气化炉长周期运行的重要因素之一。通过对烧嘴头部冷却水盘管进口管的改造、烧嘴头部的保护、雾化角度的调整、操作的优化及科学的维修与管理，使烧嘴平均使用寿命达到120d，最长达到150d，已处于同类烧嘴使用的先进水平。

Renovation of Process Nozzle in Novel Coal Water Slurry Pressure Gasifier and Maintenance and Management

Abstract：The process nozzle is the the core piece of equipment in the coal water slurry gasifier and one of important factors affecting the long cycle running of the gasifier. By renovation of cooling water coil pipe inlet at the head of the nozzle，protection of the nozzle head，adjustment of the atomizing angle， optimization of operation and maintenance and management，the average service life of the nozzle reaches 120 d，with the longest at 150 d，thus attaining the advanced level of similar nozzles in service.
