摘 要:介绍和分析了Shell粉煤气化工艺在生产实际应用中激冷循环气系统存在的腐蚀问题及其对装置高负荷长周期稳定运行的影响情况。提出了解决腐蚀问题的改进措施,即:增设旁路提高操作温度,避免在接近露点温度下运行;在管线上增设伴热管;增加停车处理的吹扫次数并延长吹扫时间,以排尽系统内的积水;气水分离器的除雾器丝网材质改为Incoloy825等。实际运行结果证明改进效果明显。

Improvement on Corrosion Resistance of Chilled Circulation Gas System in Shell Pulverized Coal Gasification Process

Abstract:A presentation and an analysis are given in actual production by the Shell pulverized coal gasification process with relation to the corrosion problem in the chilled circulation gas system and its effect on the unit under high-load stable operation for a long period.Improvement measures are proposed for solving the corrosion problem,i.e.,the addition of a bypass to raise the working temperature,so as to prevent operation near the dew point;the addition of a steam tracing to the pipeline;the increase in sweeping times and sweeping length of time for shut-down treatment,so as to empty the water accumulated in the system;the change of the wire mesh material of the demister in the gas-water separator to Incoloy825.The actual operation results show that the effect of improvement is remarkable.
