摘 要：简述了壳牌煤气化装置的基本情况；例举了壳牌煤气化典型装置的运行状况；介绍了壳牌公司为完善装置所采取的相关措施；分析了壳牌煤气化技术在大型煤气化项目上的应用优势。结果表明：①壳牌煤气化装置的运行状况正在好转，典型装置2011年全年总运行天数达320天；②壳牌煤气化装置的国产化工作和煤种控制的研究正在开展，将有利于降低装置投资费用和提高装置运行周期；③壳牌煤气化装置具有能量转化效率高和水耗少的优点，符合国家产业政策，将在我国十二五期间的大型煤气化项目中得到更进一步的应用。
